how to create Business Forms
An Example Form for our Tutorial
You will now create an order form according to the forms standard. The header and footer are up to you. We will keep the fields standard and simple.
- Create a field with the following header: "First and last name". The field should have a height of 2/6" = 1/3" = one row.
- Below the name field, create a large field (three rows) high. The header should be "Address".
- Finally create a field which lets the user select a pet, having two check boxes. Align the checkboxes on top or next to eachother.
(Have a look at the transparent image on top of this page. There you should be able to see the background grid, stepping 1/6" x 1/10", and a dialog box revealing the settings of the grassmarks.
Don't forget to save your form when you're done.
In the next tutorial, you're going to save this form as a PDF file.
